We know that we are essential to our local and national economies during this unprecedented situation. Therefore, Mohawk is taking action to protect our people, our business, our customers, our communities and, most recently, our nation’s healthcare workers.

Contributing to the Frontlines

Mohawk Industries is working closely with our partners to address urgent medical supply shortages during the COVID-19 outbreak. After discovering that medical facilities in Georgia were in short supply of plastic face shields and medical gowns worn by care providers, we quickly assessed our manufacturing capabilities and began production of vitally needed medical protective gear at two of our local manufacturing facilities.

Business Operations

At this time, we are focused on preparedness, precaution and prevention—not panic. As we continue to closely monitor all developments concerning the outbreak of the Coronavirus, both at the global level and domestically, we are following the recommendations and guidelines issued by the CDC and WHO to ensure the health and safety of our teams across the country. As the situation evolves, we will continue to take necessary steps to keep our teams whole and our business adaptive.

Retail Partnership

Mohawk maintains a robust inventory in both the United States and in Europe and will continue to monitor inventory levels to ensure that we can continue to meet our obligations, even in changing circumstances. We are committed to our partnership with retailers and will continue to monitor these events and provide updates on a regular basis.
